Robert is the newest lawyer to join Caldecott & Forro, P.L.C and is the youngest son of the firm’s co-founder, Richard Caldecott. Robert was admitted to practice in Minnesota on October 30, 2020 and in Federal Court for the District of Minnesota on November 20, 2020. Robert received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota in 2017, where he worked for the University’s Disabled Student Services helping disabled students with their note taking and studying. Robert received his juris doctorate from Mitchell-Hamline School of Law in 2020, where he was a member of the Marshall-Brennan Fellowship program. While in college, Robert also worked at Cabela’s in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, where he rose to become the manager of the store’s footwear, clothing, and gift departments. When not practicing law, Robert enjoys hunting, skeet and trap shooting, golfing, softball, and coin collecting.
Robert’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, civil litigation, family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and closely held business planning.
