
Biography
Mr. Caldecott is admitted to practice in Minnesota (1981), the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota (1981), and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals (1982). Mr. Caldecott received his undergraduate degree from St. Cloud University (B.A. high honors) in 1977 and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981, where he was a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Society. Mr. Caldecott was an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice Studies at St. Cloud State University for over 25 years and taught law enforcement classes at the Hennepin Technical College for 3 years. Mr. Caldecott has served on the Board of Directors of the following businesses and institutions: Glass Service Company, The Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota, St. Cloud State University Foundation, and Volunteer Lawyer Network, Ltd. Mr. Caldecott is a past member of the Qualified Neutral Roster maintained by the Minnesota Supreme Court. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Caldecott is currently the President of the Birchwood Office Condo Association in White Bear Lake, MN and a co-owner of Mulligan’s Bar & Grill, Inc. in Forest Lake, MN.
Mr. Caldecott's practice focuses on commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, family law, personal injury and products liability, criminal defense, and closely-held business planning.
