Mr. Caldecott is admitted to practice in Minnesota (1981) and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Mr. Caldecott received his undergraduate degree from St. Cloud University (B.A. high honors) in 1977 and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981, where he was a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Society. Mr. Caldecott is currently an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice Studies at St. Cloud State University. Mr. Caldecott has served on the Board of Directors of the following businesses and institutions: Glass Service Company, The Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota, St. Cloud State University Foundation, and Volunteer Lawyer Network, Ltd. Mr. Caldecott is currently on the Qualified Neutral Roster maintained by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Mr. Caldecott's practice focuses on commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, personal injury and products liability, criminal defense, family law and closely-held business planning.
